The Association’s Board of Directors has overall responsibility for the management of the affairs of the Association. It has full power to make such policies and procedures deemed necessary for the good government and well-being of the Association.
The Board of Directors comprises representation from all facets of the coal value chain, including mining companies, transporters (rail, terminal, port), suppliers and consumers.
Directors are nominated from within their membership category and elected as Directors by members at the Annual General Meeting.
